* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following areas, Fresno-Tulare Foothills, Fresno-Tulare Lower Sierra, Kern River Valley, Mariposa Madera Foothills, Mariposa-Madera Lower Sierra, Piute Walker Basin, San Joaquin River Canyon, South End Sierra Foothills, South End of the Lower Sierra and Yosemite Valley.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Debris flows over burn scars will be possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A storm system with a chance of rainfall rates up three quarters of an inch an hour may cause Flash Flooding tomorrow morning and through early tomorrow afternoon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
